Breathtaking Erawan Falls & River Kwai: Bangkok Day Trip

We were not satisfied because 2 things were not seen in the program. Time could have been better organized. In 12 in the bus you are uncomfortable.. Withdrawing participants from various locations wastes more than an hour. Maybe it's better to send a grab /tuc tuc and then leave all from the same place. Too bad I wanted to see the indicated temple and the War Cemetery

All of the stops on this tour were amazing and so worthwhile! Highly recommend our tour guide piq! She was absolutely amazing!

For the very 1st time I had such a bad experience in any online day tour booking. I booked this trip on tripadvisor and as mentioned the tour is organized by a company called "DiscoverEase Tours". Another interesting fact is that the tour is actually managed by viator.com in btw Tripadvisor and DicoverEase Tour. As per the tour confirmation from Tripadvisor by pick was scheduled at 7AM on 5th November 2024. The previous night I was out and I slept only at 5am, so with only 1 hour sleep I woke up at 6AM, got ready and reached the pickup point at 7AM. After waiting for 10mins I called the contact number of DiscoverEase Tour as mentioned in the ticket confirmation shared by tripadvisor. Surprisingly I was told that my tour was cancelled and not accepted by them, as they are not operating on Tuesdays. The guy told me it was immediately cancelled and email was sent, but as a matter of fact I did not receibed any email, call, sms or whatsapp from either viator, or tripadvisor or even DiscoverEase Tours. I later found the a cancellation email was sent in the morning at 6.11 AM. I informed the person that the trip was already paid and I have not received any refund. He then took my whtsapp number and told me that he will send me a cancellation and refund confirmation, but I received nothing until 9PM on the same day.  I called the DiscoverEase Tours contact number again and I was again assured it will be sent in the next few minutes, once again I reconfirmed my whtsapp number. Nothing again was received till next day. I called again and this time I was not polite about this situation, then he took my whtsapp number again (for the 3rd time) and sent me the cancellation and refund confirmation on whtsapp immediately after we hung the call. Also he informed me the refund is in process and will take 7 days to get credited in my original payment source. Too many agencies involved and poor communication.
